THE NUT TASKS KOGI COUNCILS CHAIRMEN TO END PERCENTAGE PAYMENT TO TEACHERS.


 

The State Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Teachers , Comrade Thomus Ayodele NUT has felicitated with the New Democraticaly elected council Chairmen in kogi State on their well deserved electoral victory at the polls and subsequent inauguration by the executive Governor of the State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.

The State Labour leader while felicitating with the New councils boss admonished them to Work’ pragmatically and assidously to end PERCENTAGE PAYMENT to public primary School Teachers in Kogi State.

According to comrade Thamos Adeyodele,the yet to be resolved PERCENTAGE PAYMENT has hindered qualitative teaching and learning in the State.

He regretted that the primary education which is the foundation for any Children to advance and build on due to it strategic position had suffered untold set-back ..

Comrade Thomus Ayodele therefore expressed implicit confidence that the coming onboard of the Chairmen will bring positive transformation in the public primary education in the State.

He assured his members of the resolved of his commitment as their State Leader to continue to protect,defend and generate ideas that will fast-track their welfare at all times.
