Youths from Niger East Senatorial district, Zone B of Niger State has organized unity and economic summit calling on political leader’s to pay attention at youth empowerment and unifying the zone.
The President of Niger East Youth Development Advocates Comrade Abdullahi Mohammad Ishaq said that unity and empowerment was the key to bring meaningful development to the zone and the state.
The President mentioned that if leaders in the zone pay attention to empowerment of the youths it will go a long way to curb youths restiveness which the zone is bedevelling with in recent times.
He observed that youths of Niger East Senatorial district are blessed interlectualy, if encourage by the leaders in the zone, coupled with the untapped natural resources the area is endowed with, it will make them to be self reliance.
He stated that political stakeholders of the zone should forget their differences and embrace peace, this according to him will bring development in the area and youths who wants to delve into politics shall emulate.
In his speech at the summit the Special Guest at the occasion, Senator Mohammed Sani Musa 313 represented by Honourable Umar Farouq Audi commend the youths for the interactive session to creat awareness on the need for the in the zone to embrace peace and unity which is penacea for economic development in any society.
Hon Umar Audi called on the youths in other zones in the state to emulate the organizers of summit, adding that peace and unity is Paramount, hence the need for the entire people in state to embrace.
He then pledge to always support them to succeed in their endeavors most especially in the area of skill acquisition and empowerment.
