Loosing one’s Mother is like describing hell fire

Loosing one’s Mother is like describing hell fire, no matter how you explain the intense pain, people who still have theirs won’t understand.

Yoruba people refer to a Mother as “Deity” that was huge to me, i mean its Mamoth but of course my Mother was still alive when I knew that and I couldn’t picture it real well,

But now, I’d say a mother is not just a deity, a mother is a refleflection of the Almighty God to us.

I envisaged a one week mourning of my Mother before getting back to my normal life activities, on the last day of one week, I discovered I lied because in the first night(last night) of the supposed one week mourning I have a full sleepless night. It was an undescribable night. Tears came unsolicitedly and it was only me in my room in my bed too

Alot of thoughts, memories, flashes and all. I can tell openly that it was an experience

Until she breadth her last breath my Mother was a MOTHER even in death she sure is per EXCELLENCE this is the highest title any Woman can earn herself “MOTHER”

I miss you so Much “Anti’o” (thats what we used to call her)

Continue to rest in peace
