The President, Nigerian Union of Local Government Employees, Kogi State Chapter, Comr Tade Adeyemi, has sent a message of appreciation to the Kogi State Governor, Alh. Yahaya Bello, and the Chairman, Chairman, Local Service Commissioner, Hon Adams Adabenege, for the approval and release of the promotion of staff at the Local Government tier of governance in the State.
Comr. Tade made the appreciation in a statement issued to Newsmen, was full of joy, expressed his deep appreciation to Gov. Bello for making and keeping to his promise that before the end of the year the promotion of Local Government Staff would be released.
Recall that the Local Government Service Commission today officially released the 2018 staff promotion of Local Government Staff to the Head of Administration in all 21 LGAs.
The release of the promotion was done by the workaholic Permanent Secretary, Mall. Musa Yahaya Omoyi on behalf of amiable and dynamic Executive Chairman Hon Adams Adabenege.
The Ministry of Local Government described the release of the promotion as one that was based on the mandate given by His Alh. Yahaya Adoiza Bello to release the promotion on or before 31/12/2021.
Comr. Tade who was full of appreciation to Gov. Bello and the Chairman of Local Government Service Commission, described the promotion release as a New Year gift for the Local Government Staff.
While he assured that he would not rest on his oars in agitating for issues concerning the staff at the Local Government, Comr. Tade, prayed God to bless the Governor for the gesture.
Comr. Tade expressed the readiness of NULGE, Staff of the Local Government to redouble their efforts in the New, described the gesture as a good omen that 2022 would be a great year for Local Government Staffers in the State.
The NULGE President used the Medium to wish Gov. Bello, the Chairman, Local Government Service Commission, staffers of the twenty one local government, a prosperous new year celebration.
