NUT Reacts To Court Order Restraining It From Continuing Strike

NUT Edo State Chapter has said , it was not aware of any court order Restraining it from continuing strike in the state.

Moni Mike Modesty Itua, assistant secretary general of the union in Edo state said, the body was yet to be served any court order.

The National Industrial Court sitting at the Benin Judicial Division, has restrained the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) from proceeding on any strike action in Edo State Primary schools.

Moni Mike said , as far as the union is concern the indefinite strike action is still in force.
