Frontline All Progressives Congress, Governorship Aspirant in Kogi State, Dr. Sanusi Ohiare has asked citizens of the State to focus on capacity to deliver good governance as criteria to elect the next Governor of the State.
The former Executive Director, Rural Electrification Agency, made the disclosure in a statement, says over the world, citizens are now concerned about ability to deliver good governance and not sentiments of where you come from.
In a statement issued to Newsmen to mark this years International Women’s Day in Lokoja, Dr. Sanusi said: ” We should be focusing on capacity to lead effectively and transform the economy of the state at this time”.
” All over the world, people desire to live a life of comfort, with better infrastructure and the enabling environment for the well-being of the people “.
The APC Governorship Aspirant congratulated women of Kogi State on the auspicious occasion of the 2023 International Women’s Day, described this years theme: DigitALL: Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality, as very apt.
The Governorship Aspirant praised women of the State for their political consciousness, pointing out that all they need to live a better life in rural and urban centres is to embrace innovations and technology.
He assured that if elected, he would make women and Youths empowerment, transforming the rural areas, through digital technology that would expand the earning power of women and Youths a major priority.
