Over the years, I have handled every leadership responsibility with my heart firmly set to serve. This is why my mantra has always been “to lead, is to serve”. I would describe my journey into politics as one driven by the desire to change the narrative, to be a voice for our people and ultimately, the willingness to serve.
Therefore, we must as a people identify with people who are willing to serve with utmost humility. I believe this key leadership trait stands me out. I am willing to serve the good people of Yagba West with a sense of duty and responsibility.
With the little chances I have been privileged to have, I always made clear that we are not short of people who are capable of leading us, however, what is lacking has always been the willingness, courage and commitment to turn things around.
I know and believe down within my heart that Yagba West now has a date with destiny. A birth of a new era and a season of turnaround is upon us. Indeed, Idẹra De 2023 bears a passion to serve our people because I possess the capacity and willingness to do the tough job.
