Gazette All Laws Passed in Kogi Since 2016 – Ozovehe Idris


 

Kogi State Government have been called upon to gazzate all the laws passed into law since 2016.

 

The State Government was also asked to make the document containing the recently passed persons with disabilities Office law public.

The Kogi State Chairman of KONGONET, Ozovehe Idris made the call at a Stakeholders Media Parley between Persons Living With Disabilities and Civil Society Organizations in Kogi State, said the need to make laws passed into law by the state accessible is reason why it has to be gazetted.

The Chairman described the passage of Persons Living With Disabilities Office Law as commendable, but lamented that the documents is not in public dormain, want it made available to the affected persons and other stakeholders.
