A Frontline APC Kogi East Senatorial District Aspirant, Prince Yahaya Audu has felicitated with Christian faithfuls in Kogi East Senatorial District on the successful completion of the lenten period and the commemoration of the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ that guaranteed our hope beyond this sinful world.
The APC Aspirant in a press statement made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Friday, congratulated the Christian faithfuls for the successful completion of this year’s Lenten period, stressing that the self-denial is needed in order to pray for the peace and development of Kogi State in particular and Nigeria in general.
Prince Yahaya Audu noted that the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ signified hope for humanity hence the need for Nigerians to rekindled their hope in confronting the myriad of challenges the nation is currently facing.
He urged Christians to use the opportunity of the season to reflect on critical issues affecting the nation and to continue seeking the face of God Almighty for the nation to overcome the prevailing security and other challenges, so as to strengthen our unity.
He called on Nigerians to support and rally round Governor Bello’s quest to lead the country come 2023, stressing that he remains one of the best personalities that can provide the much needed leadership the country needs now to unify and manage our diversity effectively and efficiently for the benefit of all and sundry.
