Micheal noted that the community would mobilize massively to support all candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general elections, stressing that continuity of the APC government remains critical to sustaining development, peace and unity.

Also speaking, the Acting Secretary, South-South States and Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Grassroots Mobilization, Hon. Kingsley Oshilim, lauded Governor Ododo for his people-oriented leadership and for extending hands of fellowship to residents irrespective of ethnic background.

Hon. Oshilim reassured that Deltans and indeed the entire South-South residents in Kogi State are solidly behind the Tinubu and Ododo administrations, describing their support as total, sincere and unwavering.

Other Deltan leaders who spoke at the meeting echoed similar sentiments, pledging to work as foot soldiers for the re-election of President Tinubu and Governor Ododo, while commending the state government for its security architecture and commitment to inclusive development.

The meeting ended with a resolution to intensify grassroots sensitization across the 21 local government areas of the state to ensure massive electoral support for the APC in the forthcoming elections.
