Ahead the forthcoming Anambra State Governorship Election, the North Youth Council has thrown its support for Senator Andy Uba to become the Candidate of the All Progressives Congress.
The North Youth Council rising from its Meeting held in Abuja today, described Sen. Andy Uba as a rallying point, endowed with the qualities needed for the growth and prosperity of Anambra State.
The spokesman of the Council, Comr. Nuhu Soba, described Sen. Andy Uba as the best candidate to deliver the APC in the Governorship Election said barring any unforeseen circumstances, the party would win overwhelmingly if given the party’s ticket.
The North Youth Council said having looked at the profile of Sen. Andy Uba, came to the conclusion that he has what the people of Anambra State desire for growth and development of the State.
Speaking to Newsmen, Comr. Nuhu Soba also urged other aspirants of the APC to give their support to Sen. Senator Andy Uba to enable the party clinch and deliver the state from backwardness and underdevelopment.
The meeting which held at Sharaton Hotel in Abuja, with delegates from all the Northern States, lauded the qualities of Sen. Andy Uba, insisting that he is the best bet and fit to govern Anambra State.
