Parents in Lokoja, Kogi State have been asked to take advantage of the quality teaching and conducive learning environment offered by Victorious Global School to better educate their children.
A Journalist and Publisher of the Nigerian Post Newspaper, Mr. Abu Michael, made the call as a guest speaker at the 2022 Career and Professional day at the Victorious Global School Located at Phase 2, beside Idrinana Hotels, Lokoja, described the school as an amazing phenomenon within the period of its existence.
The Publisher expressed satisfaction with the standard and quality of education exhibited by pupils and students of the school, said the output of the pupils and students remains an outstanding output of the input by the school.
Mr. Abu Michael urged parents to provide the enabling environment for their children to choose and excel in their choosen career, warned parents against imposing their career choices on their children.
In choosing careers, the Publisher asked the pupils and students to allow their skills, passion and academic intelligence to direct their career path, disclosed that with the right education and putting skills to work, people are able to excel in life by being self reliant and independent.
The Publisher lamented that many problem making students to have education challenge is a product of parents imposing their career choice on parents, said it has been observed that it has been a setback for growth and development of children.
While pointing out that education remain the bedrock for sustainable development of any society, described the quality and standard of teaching and learning in Victorious Global School as outstanding and one of the best in the metropolitan capital.
