A reception in honor of Her Excellency, Ambassador (Chief) Regina I Ocheni PhD , organized by the Abuja branch of Igalamela Community Development Association (ICDA) takes place in Abuja on Saturday the 27th of April, 2024.
Ambassador (Chief) Regina Ocheni PHD is the immediate past Nigerian Deputy Head of Mission to the Republic of Germany.
Ambassador (Chief) Regina Ocheni is the wife of a former Minister of State, Labour and Employment, Professor (Chief) Stephen Ikani Ocheni, the Omachi Ata-Igala.
A statement by the Abuja branch Chairman of the Association, Alaji Omale explained that the reception holds at the High Point Events and Conference Center Laralek house, plot 1063 Cadastral zone AO3, Area 11,Garki Abuja beginning at two ‘o clock in the afternoon.
Speaking on the planned reception, Alaji Omale hinted that the idea behind the ceremony is their own unique way of recognizing excellence, which Her Excellency Ambassador (Chief) Regina Ocheni exemplifies as the first female Nigerian envoy from Igalamela/Odolu Local Government of Kogi state.
Alaji Omale stated that many personalities, including traditional rulers, religious as well as community leaders are expected to attend the event.
The Chairman of the Association enjoined all invited guests to be punctual at the ceremony.
