Mr. Solomon Agada, Punlisher, Confluence News, has sent his message of felicitations to a veteran Journalist, Communication Expert and Director with Kogi State Ministry of information, Mr Samuel Atuluku for bagging his PhD in Mass Communication.

Mr. Atuluku bagged his PhD from the prestigious Nasarawa State University, Keffi.
