The Kogi State Forum of Special Advisers to the Governor have commended the professional conduct and sterling performance of personnel of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) in Kogi state in maintaining law and order and defending the civil populace against all forms of insecurity.
The statement was made by the Chairman of Special Advisers Forum, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi during a working courtesy visit to the state command of the agency on Tuesday. Omoluabi who also serves as the Special Adviser to the Governor on Energy says the leadership of NSCDC in Kogi state deserves commendation for exceptional services.
Hon Olabode who led other Excos of the Forum to the office of the commandant says the forum was in the office to identify with the NSCDC and appreciate their invaluable contributions to the security and peace of the state. He said the NSCDC has become a pride of the state in view of their commitment to protecting the people of the state.
Hon Olabode says despite the security challenges the nation is facing, the NSCDC and other sister agencies have been doing brilliant job for the security of all. He therefore enjoins them to keep the flag of excellent performance flying.
On his part, the Commandant of the NSCDC while responding to the visitor, Commandant Paul Igwebuike appreciated the forum for the visit and commended the visitors for finding his office worthy of the visit. The elated Commandant commended Governor Usman Ododo for his commitment to supporting security agencies to perform their duties.
Commandant Paul Igwebuike promised to keep up the tempo of defending the state security wise and maintaining law and order in the state.
