Re – KSU Fraud: Embattled Factional Alumni Exco opts for Lawsuit, Campaign of Calumny and Character Assassination.

The self styled factional Exco of Prince Abubakar Audu University Alumni Association filed a suit in AYHC 03/2023 before High Court of Justice Anyigba which came up for hearing on the 30/3/2023 to trash out some of the preliminary applications pending before the Honourable Court. The matter was eventually adjourned to a later date.

This group of characters rather than await the determination of the matter rightly submitted to the court, they are now employing all means of campaign of calumny, naked deciet, misrepresentation and character assassination against the person of the Vice Chancellor all in a desperate move to wrongly sway public sentiments in their favour.

For the record and against all known facts and figures there is nothing in their claim before the court to herald the malicous crocodile tears of fraud of #31million committed by the present leadership of the University.

We call on the general public to disregard this information for being malicious and unfounded.

The present administration of the University ably led by Professor Marietu Ohunene Tenuche would not be disuaded from pursuing the path of peace, progress and development of the school by this distraction from just few persons whose target is their personal enrichment at the expense of their Alma mata.

Principal Assistant Registrar Legal.
Mrs Saudat Saliu,
