The Provost College of Education Technical Kabba, Mrs Victoria Olusola Jagboro, has bagged the Ogo Okun award at the recently held Ileya omo okun 2020.
Making the presentation, Yeye Omoleye Adebanji aiyelabowo (nee Tolufashe) Yeye Oge of Okunland said the Ogo Okun award is presented to the Provost following her outstanding leadership qualities and achievements in the CoETK.
She lauded the astronomical growth the Institution of learning has attained under the Provost, says the honour is to spur her to do more in the coming years.
The Yeye Oge urged the Provost to continue to be a positive reference, lauded the quality of teaching and learning taking place at the CoETK.
In her remarks, Mrs Victoria Olusola Jagboro described the honour as one coming as a surprise, says it will serve as an elixir to do more.
The Provost commended Gov. Yahaya Bello for the support given to CoETK, says the governor’s passion for the Education Sector is second to none in the state’s history.
Mrs Victoria Olusola Jagboro dedicated the award to Gov. Yahaya Bello, described him as a leader for the nation, says his kind are rare to find in selfless services to the people.
