The Birth of OWE DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM has been described as a new dawn in the genuine agitation to Develop Owe land.
Speaking to our Reporter via a telephone conversation, Elder Simeon Ojuekaiye could not hide his joy over the level of Progress made by the initiators of the Platform in the last 72hrs.
Elder Ojuekaiye enjoined all other patriotic and well-meaning Owe Indigenes with the good intentions to Develop Owe land to be part of the platform.
Being a member of the Platform, I am impressed with the purposeful style of conversations and Contributions of other members of the platform.
Also Speaking in support of Elder Ojuekaiye’s Position, one of the initiators of the platform, Hon. Austine Alaba Medaiyedu, popularly known as TANTOLUWA has maintained that the platform will strive to be above board by working with other notable and reputable associations like Kabba Development Union (KDU) to bring genuine and Real Development to Owe Land.
Hon. TANTOLUWA went further to say that all activities and efforts of the platform will not be laced with Sentiments.
We will be polite in all our agitations and at the same time, be constructive in our Criticisms.
Critical Stakeholders in Owe Development Platform will be profiled and celebrated from time to time so as to encourage them to do more for our community.
Unwarranted altercations and Direct attacks on our Elders and Political Leaders, all in the name of giving them our votes in future elections will be totally discouraged
The GERMAINE issue of the Establishment of a UNIVERSITY in Owe land will be logically posecuted. The DISCUSSIONS will take a center stage in all our conversations.
The Platform will be guided by the superior wisdom of members of the Board of Trustees.
