The Benin Monarch, His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba Ewuare the 11, has canvassed for strong promotion of Benin cultural values through sport
The royal father gave the charge when the President of the Benin Club Pharmacist Fred Eboi led top Management team of the club to the Palace in Benin City, to informed him of the commencement of the club anniversary celebration.
Oba Ewuare while describing sports as means of unifying the society, urged members to promote the good course of the kingdom for socially and culturally.
The Monarch who expressed support for the club, prayed God and ancestors to ensure successful anivassory celebration.
Earlier, president of the club Pharmacist Fred Eboi told the Oba that they were at his palace to formally informed him of the commencement of 90th anniversary celebration of the club
Pharmacist Eboi, while detailing some of the program of activities lined up for the event, solicited for royal blessings and prayers for successful celebration.
The president also briefed the monarch on the latest technological innovations Benin used at the club to make it the best in the country.
