A Cross Section of Omala LGA Peoples Democratic Party Stakeholders yesterday met in Lokoja, Kogi State capital to deliberate on the need to move Omala LGA PDP forward and reunite the various ‘camps’ together.
Various speakers at the meeting unanimously agreed to reposition the party for the coming days, described the party as still the likeable party in the area.
One of the Leader of the PDP in Omala LGA, Hon. Dr. Aminu Atabor, said the stakeholders have resolved to put behind them the past and to chat a common front.
He described Omala LGA as a PDP stronghold since the advent of the present Democratic experiment, urged the stakeholders to work towards returning the party to power in the State in 2023.
Hon. Aminu Atabor appealed to the stakeholders to bury their diffences and work for the collective good of the people who are without mincing words very desirous of change.
He thanked the stakeholders for showing courage and patriotism to reunite, described the coming together as critical for the expected successes awaiting for PDP in the coming days.
