The Olujumu of Ijumu Kingdom and Chairman Ijumu Local Government Area Traditional Council, HRM Oba Williams Olusegun Ayeni has congratulated the winner of the last Saturday’s Council polls in the Area, Alhaji Taofiq Isa.
The Ijumu Paramount Ruler in a congratulatory message made available to Newsmen, urged Alhaji Taofiq Isa and others who emerged victorious to be magnanimous in victory.
Oba Olusegun Ayeni enjoined the new Chairman to extend olive leaf to other contestants by carrying them along in his quest to move Ijumu to enviable height.
He also charged the new Chairman to be up and doing by ensuring improved security of lives and property in Ijumu as well as provision of dividends of democracy to same.
Oba Olusegun Ayeni while praying God to grant the Alhaji Taofiq the well withal to deliver his promises made to Ijumu people.
