On behalf of the State Civil Servants, I thank God Almighty and rejoice with His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the State Executive Council, Political office holders, and the entire state in celebrating this new year.
2. I also congratulate His Excellency for his legendary and life transforming Projects which litter all nooks and crannies of the State and his ongoing efforts to make sure that the state becomes one of the best developed in Nigeria, with global recognition.
This is evident in the recent developments such as; Building of standard Hospitals across The State, Construction of Flyover at Ganaja Junction, building of CUSTECH in Osara, Road construction across the state, dogged approach to fighting insecurity among several numerous achievements .
3. In the area of workers’ welfare, you have done us well.You implemented minimum wage, approved cash backing for all already promoted Workers and Promotion up to 2022 for those not yet promoted.These are just few among your other deliberate people centered policies.
With God on our side and Your Excellency at the helm of affairs,we are sure that 2023 would be an extraordinary one filled with unprecedented developments and your usual love and care for humanity.
While thanking all the Civil/Public Servants for their support and hard-work last year,i wish to re-iterate the need for them to be more dedicated and committed to work in this new year. I Wish you all a glorious New year.
May the entire state witness Peace, prosperity, and a joyous 2023.
