NASFAT ANKPA LGA:  Inculcate teachings, discipline, traits of Prophet Muhammad – Kogi Deputy Speaker


 

 

 

KOGI State Deputy Speaker & member representing Ankpa 1 constituency, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed has enjoined Muslim ummah in Ankpa LGA to Inculcate the teachings, discipline and traits of Prophet Muhammad into the younger ones through their sermons. This was delivered in his brief speech at the Eid-el-Maulud celebration organised by NASFAT Ankpa branch at Owelle – Ankpa LGA of KOGI State.

He said the best way Muslims could celebrate the birth of Prophet Muhammad was to emulate his remarkable character and virtues. He commend their unity and cooperation with the Igala Community over the years, and also urged Yoruba Muslim leader and elder statesman, Alh. Abdulhamid Afinowi, to use this occasion to pray for the peace, progress and development of Ankpa and KOGI State.

He also made a promise to assist the organization with proper registration and documentation of their name at the National level, which was one of their major request. And he supported with a huge amount to enable them sort logistics.
