One of the leading senatorial aspirants for the 2023 Kogi West Senatorial District election, Dr Muyi Aina has called on the people of the zone to have full assurance that his intention to offer himself for service and equal representation of the people in the red chamber, is a fait accompli.
Dr Muyi Aina who is contesting on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), admonished his supporters to be positive about his aspiration, while he expressed willingness to work effectively for the development of Kogi West in view of the socio-economic challenges facing the zone, if elected as their next Senator.
According to a statement by Muyi Aina New Dawn 2023 Media Team, Dr Aina appealed to Kogi West people to embrace the “New Dawn Mandate” as it is the only guarantee of an inclusive, equal and dependable representation of their interests in government.
“The good people of Kogi West, as the day draws closer, I implore you all to be positive about my intent of vying for the past of the Senator representing Kogi West in this forthcoming election. As you all know, the challenges facing our land is enormous and as such, it will only take a man with good visions and love for Kogi West to work effectively well without looking back. I want to use this medium to let you all know that my love for you people and our land is unquantifiable. For these above reasons, I am ready and willing to work for the development of Kogi West when elected as a Senator. With my New Dawn Mandate, a safer Kogi West is sure and secured”, he said.
