As the Campaign for the December 12 Local Government elections enter it peak moments, the All Progressive Congress (APC) Chairmanship flag bearer in Okene Local Government, Engr. Abdulrazaq Muhammad has applauded the support of the Special Adviser to the Governor on Donor Agencies, Barr. Ladi Jatto and other notable personalities that have committed their resources towards his chairmanship ambition.
Engr. Abdulrazaq in a statement issued through his media office in Okene describe the efforts of Barr. Ladi towards the development of Okene Local Government as outstanding and an uncommon show of passion, zeal and enthusiasm to make the people feel the impact of her agency through various programs that have alleviated their sufferings.
Therefore, her contributions towards our chairmanship project was more or less a push to make us do more good for the people.
The Chairmanship hopeful maintain that, during his time as the council administrator, her agency initiated the Agassa erosion control project and also installed Garri Processing plant at Achoze all in Okene Local Government. She provided motorised boreholes and empowered women at Idogido, Otutu and Etahi communities as part of her personal efforts to reduce poverty and provide basic social amenities for the people.
Hon. Abdulrazaq assures the people that if elected as the Executive Chairman, his administration will continue to partner with various donor agencies as coordinated by Barr. Ladi Jatto to bring more developmental projects to Okene Local Government.
