Land Speculators Warn To Stay Clear  Of Obazuwa Community

Land Speculators have been warn to stay away from Obazuwa Community in Ovia North East Local Government Area of Edo State.

The warning, was given by the Solicitor to the community, Barrister Mathew Edaghese while speaking with journalists in Benin City.

Barrister Edaghese alleged that one Mr .Abu Haruna  was illegally selling Obazuwa Community land without the approval of the community people.

He said, ” Abu Haruna and his Company, Tough Engineering, Properties and Constructions Limited,( TENPROCON Limited), have encroached into Obazuwa can Community land, and started selling same forcefully and unlawfully to unsuspecting developers.”

Barrister Edaghese advised all those who have bought land from Abu  Haruna and his company to go and retieve  their money from them, as the be company have no  land in
the community.

According to him, “what they are doing is criminal and lawlessness, hence we have taken them to court at Okada High Court.”

” We have instituted an action against him and his company over his tresspass on Obazuwa Community.

” We are aware that the act of trespass is still on going and he is placing advert calling for buyers  for the community land.
Abu Haruna is a stranger and he is not from that community.

Edaghese said, ” Obazuwa Community is a part and parcel of Benin Kingdom, and Royal Palace have be fully informed of the atrocities of Abu Haruna and his company.

Edaghese further warned, developers who are being swindled by the said  company and co.to stay clear .

Reacting to the allegations, the Solicitor to  Abu and Tough Engineering, Properties and Constructions Limited,( TENPROCON Limited, Olayiwana Afolabi, said, his client bought the said land legally.

” The matter is already in court, we shall meet in court.
