KYDC: Abel Lauds Gov. Bello & CoS Jamiu On Commitment To Youths Development


 

Julius Olushola Abel, aka Ontop has said the establishment of Kogi Youth Development Commission (KYDC), and appointment of able youths to man its affairs is a pointer to the fact the office of Governor Yahaya Bello is committed to the development of youths.

Abel, who is a member of the Aminu Okwutepa led Youths Advocacy Cluster also appreciates the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Pharm. Abdulkareem Jamiu Asuku for always selling the Governor’s initiative in the brighter light.

He stressed that Gov. Bello’s commitment to Youths Development is unprecedented, which qualifies him to be the first hand representative of the youths at all level of governance and politics, and well positioned to become Nigeria’s next President come 2023.

Abel also appreciated the efforts of Aminu Okwutepa who initiated the Kogi Youth Development Agency (KYDA) Bill, 2019 with his team. He added that Okwutepa’s indelible effort will never be forgotten.

Recall that the KYDA Bill was sponsored by Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed, and it is which later metamorphosed into what we have as the KYDC today.

The content of the KYDC Law was well followed to the later according to Abel, he congratulated the pioneer young Commissioners, urged them to be extraordinary in their delivery of service in the interest in of Kogi and Nigeria Youths.
