The Chairman Kogi State civil service commission Barrister Muhammed Tanko says Kogi State is making frantic efforts for its transformation since creation.
Barr Tanko stated this while speaking with our Correspondent Ernest Zhokwo on the creation of Kogi State@31 in Lokoja.
According to him the development of the state is not static stressing that the present Administration of Governor Yahaya Bello has touched almost various sector of the state economy through provision of infrastructure, Road construction, improving health sector and security of lives and property of the people across the state.
The Chairman Commended security agents especially the current Commissioner of police for his proactive actions to nip in the board current security challenges in some parts of the state noting that his professionalism has saved further distructive tendencies.
Barrister Muhammed Tanko Congratulated Governor Yahaya Bello and the Deputy Chief Edward Onoja for working together as one and Prayed God to Grant Governor Yahaya Bello and his Deputy Chief Edward Onoja wisdom in good health to pilot the affairs of the state to greater heights.
The Chairman also reiterates determination of civil servants to support the present Administration now and come 2023 general election noting that the interest of Governor Yahaya Bello and his Deputy Chief Edward Onoja remains their interest.
Barrister Muhammed Tanko who also is the leader of All Progressive Congress in Kogi local government Area called on the Egbura people to Shun differences and partner actively with Government in power to reap gains of democracy.
The former Chairman of Kogi local government Area also appealed to the state government to construct all the rural roads in Kogi local government Area to enable commuters Cross their goods to urban areas for trading.
He called on the people of the state go get their PVCS to participate actively in the forth coming general election noting that the PVCS is their power.
The Chairman of the commission called on the state government to intervain on the bad portion of Lokoja, Ganaja, Ajaokuta Road to reduce the suffering of the people adding that the efforts of the state government at transforming the state civil service through appointment of New Parament secretaries is commendable.
The State All Progressive Congress Stalwart described Governor Yahaya Bello and his Deputy Chief Edward Onoja as great Leader’s and appealed to the state government to upgrade more traditional rulers in Kogi local government Area.
According to him Kogi State is blessed with abundant human and natural resources noting that if properly harnesses it is capable to improve the economy of the state and Congratulated the newly appointed Parmanent Secretary posted to his office.
