Kogi Youths placed a clarion call on Engr. Andrew Omuya Otaru (OTANDO) to take part in political settings of Kogi State. The needs to call on him to come out publicly to serve the good people of kogi state is due to his capacity and support rendered in community development and humanitarian services across the state and Nigeria.
Engr. Andrew is a Philanthropist with a numerous humanitarian award received both home and abroad, for a wonderful job he has done and still doing across the state which has uplifted thousands of youths for educational achievement and communities in rural area for a portable water accessibility and hygiene services within Kogi State at large. Under his watch as an academic elite and a father who has laid a solid foundation in shaping our future career, he always regard every youth that seeks favor from him as if it were his own siblings.
Engr. Andrew is a leader with impeccable qualities and managerial acumen as well as sagacity needed to carry people along as demonstrated in various post he has occupied.
