The Forum of Kogi State People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Elected Chairmen paid a courtesy and familiarazation visit on the former Governor, Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Idris, CON, Jakadan Sokoto earlier today in Abuja.
In his address, the former Governor admonished the Chairmen on party discipline, cohesion, tolerance and forgiveness amongst PDP Members.
He charged them to go all out and return the party to the old glorious days. He appreciated them for the visit and pray to God Almighty to guide and protect them and all our political leaders as we journey towards all the forthcoming elections.
In his remarks, the Chairman of the Forum, Engr. Gabriel Itanyi praised His Excellency, for keeping the party together, strong and virile despite the fierce challenges by the ruling party in the State.
The Chairmen pledged their total loyalty to His Excellency’s leadership and the entire party hierarchy.
They thanked His Excellency for granting them audience despite the short notice.
