Kogi guber: Tazan drums support for Hon. Jibrin

As Kogite anticipates who will be various party frontrunners in the forthcoming Kogi Gubernatorial primary election come this weekend, Ambassador Tazan Onimisi has called for support for Hon. Jubrin Momoh of the All Progressive Congress, APC.

Amb. Tazan speaking to newsmen in Lokoja noted that one of the frontrunners of APC, Hon. Jubrin Momoh has over the years learned and experience the act of leadership, developed the capacity and skills to handle pressure and address the needs of the people and also served dutifully without a trace of corrupt practices under Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello.

According to him, if the government is all about continuity, then Hon. Jibrin has all the arsenal to consolidate on the good work of Governor Yahaya Bello, finish up the remaining projects left, and further channel a pathway to more developmental projects across all borders.

Hon. Jibrin, he said has got the mandate of the people of the state, hence, party delegates of the APC should ensure not to be compromised and make sure to deliver the choice of the people.

Amb. Tazan further described Hon. Jibrin as a man who possesses both local, state, national, and international profiles, hence, he will attract investors to the state which will, in turn, boast the economy of the state.

The state can be well assured he stressed that the issue of infrastructure and business opportunities will be a forgotten issue while adding that youth restiveness and insecurity will be equally addressed with his mind-blowing agenda and strategies.

He commended Governor Yahaya Bello for being a true Democrat and for opening the gate for anyone and everyone to be involved in the process of who takes over from him.

Tazan urged all Kogite to keep on trusting and praying for our leaders, especially in this Holy month of Ramadan, while also wishing the Christian faithful a happy Easter celebration.
