Our beloved kogites and APC faithfuls, it is another season to elect who will lead us for another four years, it’s another season that will determine our future and it’s another season where we have yet another opportunity to librate ourselves for the betterment of our beloved Kogi State.
Distinguished members of our beloved party, the All Progressives Congress, we are here today to present to you, a human builder, a humanitarian per excellence, a man who did not only get the solution, but always find the solution, a man who rush swiftly to the defence of the people, a detribalized personality, a seasoned banker and administrator.
Adebanji Jimoh was born on 8th of September 1966 into Jimoh Owogbemile family in Kabba, Kogi State, Nigeria
A leading global expert on financial literacy graduated with BSc Economics, second class Upper Division in 1990 from the University of Ibadan. Distinguished Banji Jimoh holds an MBA from the Bayero University Kano 2001. He has over 30 years experience in finance and sales haven worked for VT Leasing Lagos between 1992 and 1995 as an Associate and Lead of credit Admin Department.
Adebanji Jimoh joined Chartered Bank (now Stanbic IBTC) in 1996 till 1999 and has worked for several banks including Standard Trust (1999), City Xpress (1999-2001), Global Bank (then International Group, 2001-2003)Cobank (2003-2006), United Bank For Africa (2006-2007), Access Bank (2007-2009), Union Bank (2009-2020) and Access Bank, currently as the Regional Sales Director, North East and North Central, including Abuja. Distinguished Banji Jimoh is also on the board of Access Insurance Brokers as Non-Executive Director. He is happily married with children.
We want to use this opportunity to beg our goal getter, vibrant and results oriented Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for the sake of unity, equity and fairness to give his maximum support for Kogi West to produce the next Governor after the expiration of his fruitful tenure, come January, 2024.
We are appealing to our indefatigable Governor and the leadership of our beloved party, the APC to support Kogi West to produce the next Governor as we have all it takes to lead the state to enviable height
We want to assure our beloved members of the APC that if you give your massive support for Adebanji Jimoh as the flag bearer of our beloved party, he has all it takes to win overwhelmingly during the forthcoming November 11 Governorship election in the Kogi state
We solicit your maximum support for the seasoned banker to be given the opportunity as number one citizen of our beloved Kogi State inview of his track record and antecedent of service and his wealth of experience in both public and private sector.
We also want to state categorically that Adebanji Jimoh has touched positively on the lives of those that have come across him. He has always make himself available to touch the lives of the needy, the downtrodden, the poor and even the rich.
Adebanji Jimoh is a detribalized Nigerian who will never ask where you come from before he render help or assistance to whosoever that comes across him. Once he set his eyes upon you, he would in earnest attend to you appropriately. We are very optimistic that Adebanji Jimoh will no doubt do well and take Kogi State to the desired destination if he becomes the Governor of our beloved Kogi State
Adebanji Jimoh is eminently fit and qualified to continue where the father of Kogi State and our young, energetic and people’s Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello will stop from come January, 2024. He has the capacity to deliver if he becomes the Kogi State Governor
Our great people of Kogi State and member of our great party, the APC, the forthcoming Governorship election in Kogi State indicate a new beginning, a defining moment in the history of Kogi State, reason why experience, capacity, ability, exposure, knowledge, wisdom, connection and strength should be the criteria to elect the next Governor
Adebanji Jimoh being a seasoned banker and Administrator and politician has an understanding and knows the plights of the people of Kogi State and we are optimistic if given the opportunity as the next Governor of Kogi State, he would reposition the state where massive development would be seen in all the nooks and crannies of our beloved Kogi State
We want to assure our goal getter Governor of Kogi State and the good people of Kogi State that if Adebanji Jimoh becomes the Governor of Kogi State, he would sustain the good work of the Governor, particularly in the area of infrastructure, security, road network. Adebanji Jimoh would prudently manage the state’s resources and increase its revenue-generation capacity
Adebanji Jimoh would sustain Governor Yahaya Bello’s achievement in Education, Security, road construction and human development if he becomes the Governor of Kogi State.
Kogi State has never had it so good as we are having today in the area of oneness, unity and peace within the people. If elected Governor of Kogi State, Adebanji Jimoh would strengthen and promote peace and unity in the state and confront violence and man inhumanity to fellow man as that is the only way growth and development can be achieved
Adebanji Jimoh if elected as the Governor of Kogi State would ensure that no one or part of Kogi State are marginalized or treated unfairly. His experience in leadership gives him an edge over others and this will be deployed in building a strong and unity Kogi State of our dream
Our beloved people of Kogi State, Adebanji Jimoh has discovered the hidden switches to switch on the light to shine on our people and chase the alien poverty away. We need a leader like Adebanji Jimoh will use the instrument of justice and fairness in a true state for dividends of democracy.
We need a leader like Adebanji Jimoh who will serve as the leading light to chase away darkness and restore hope to the thousands of despaired of our good people whose energy and capacities have been stagnated for decades due to impaired wealth generation and distribution policies. We need a leader like Adeanji Jimoh with new energies, new ideas, new machineries, new innovation as such the bearer of the key to the door of relevance, opportunities and development.
Finally, we want to appeal to members of All Progressives Congress and the good people of Kogi State to support and mobilized for Adebanji Jimoh ahead the APC Governorship primary election in his sincere committment to move Kogi State forward in all ramifications, a Kogi State we can all be proud of
On Adebanji Jimoh’s mandate we stand. So help us God. Amen.
