Kogi State House of Assembly has adjourned sitting till March 2021.
The House is usually entitled to recess, will resume March 2, 2021.
Earlier, the Kogi State House of Assembly had cleared twenty out of the twenty one Local Government Secretaries sent for clearance by the Kogi State Government.
The nominee from Adavi LGA was stepped down pending clearance by the Kogi State Head of Service over his allegations of his been dismissed from the service.
The nominee from Adavi was earlier petitioned over irregularities, which led to his dismissal from the Service of the State Government.
The Assembly however cleared all the other Secretary nominees for the other twenty LGA of the State.
Similarly, the Assembly Passed the 2021 Appropriation Bill of N130billion into Law
The House passed the budget after a clause by clause consideration, said the budget has the capacity to transform the state post covid19.
