Abayomi Bello has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party.
Until his resignation, Abayomi Bello was a staunch member of the PDP in Kabba Bunu LGA.
In a letter of resignation copied Thenigerianpost which read thus:

Dear Chairman,
RESIGNATION FROM THE PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP)
I’m writing to inform you of my resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which has also been communicated to the Chairman of my Ward, Okedayo Ward, effective today the 26th of May, 2022.
In the period of my membership, I have been consistent in my commitment to the growth, welfare and victories of the party.
Unfortunately, past and recent events have led me to the conclusion that the party no longer has my interest at heart and reward for loyalty has lost its place within the party.
” My commitment to Empowerment, Wealth Creation and Real Development in our
community remains unshaken and I will continue to find alternate routes to achieving this.
I thank you for always giving me a listening ear and pray that the good Lord continues to
guide you.
