KGIRS Extends 2025 Individual Tax Returns Filing to April 30, 2026
The Kogi State Internal Revenue Service (KGIRS) has extended the deadline for filing 2025 Individual Annual Returns by one month, with the new deadline now set for April 30, 2026.
In a public notice issued by the Executive Chairman, Dr. Sule Salihu Enehe, the Service urged all taxable individuals to use the extension to meet their statutory obligation to the state and avoid penalties.
Taxpayers are to file returns online at http://taxpayers.irs.kg.gov.ng by logging in with their KGTIN and password.
