The Senior Special Assistant to Gov. Yahaya Bello, on Boundary matters, Hon. Chief Aiyelabowo Adebanji Austin has sent a message of commendation to Gov. Yahaya Bello over his recent inauguration of Kogi State Boundary Committee.
The SSA in a statement copied Thenigerianpost, praised Gov. Bello over the development, described the setting of the Committee as good steps and one in the right direction.
The SSA who was full of praises over the several initiatives of Gov. Bello, feats he described as unprecedented achievement in the State’s history, described Gov. Bello as a positive reference in the history of Kogi State.
Chief. Aiyelabowo equally praised Gov. Bello for the approval he granted for the commencement of a field exercise to emplace pillars at 100m intervals at the boundry of Kogi State and FCT, described the feat as a legacy project aimed at securing the state’s boundaries and reducing conflicts.
While pointing out that the Establishment act 2006 of NBC. No 12 , subsection 1-2 does not make him a committee member, he however said as the eye of the governor on all boundary matters including the committee, promised to make himself available for the success of the committee’s assignment.
