Members of IGBIMO ATULUSE have expressed profound gratitude to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, for appointing two of their members into key positions in his administration.
In a letter of appreciation signed by the President of the group, Hon. Barrister Segun Modeyin, and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, the group described the appointments as a clear testament to the Governor’s commitment to competence, dedication, and integrity in governance.
Governor Ododo recently appointed Hon. Austine Alaba Medaiyedu and Hon. Barrister Michael Abejirin as Senior Special Assistants on Grassroot Sensitization.
According to Modeyin, the appointments are not just personal achievements for the beneficiaries but a recognition of the values that IGBIMO ATULUSE stands for.
“On behalf of the executive committee and the entire membership of IGBIMO ATULUSE, I write to formally and profoundly thank you for finding our members worthy of appointment into your esteemed Administration,” the letter stated.
The group noted that the Governor’s leadership continues to inspire confidence and hope in a brighter future for Kogi State. It added that the choice of its members for the sensitive role of grassroots sensitization reflects the administration’s keen eye for people with proven track records and connection to the people.
“We have no doubt that our appointees will bring the core values of discipline, excellence, and service to humanity, for which our club is known, to bear in their new state assignments,” Modeyin said.
He further pledged the group’s unreserved loyalty and continued support to the Ododo administration, expressing optimism that the appointees will justify the confidence reposed in them by delivering on the mandate of deepening engagement with the people at the grassroots.
