The Board of Trustees of Igala Cultural Development Association (ICDA) has approved the expansion of its caretaker committee with immediate effect.
The new added caretaker committee members includes,
Ocholi Onoja, Comrade Goodman Akwu, Yunusa Ilani, comrade Kabiru Tijani, Comrade Shitu Danjuma Jibrin, Comrade Prince Enema Sani Obaje, Comrade Barrister Ahmed Salifu, Comrade Emmanuel Omattah and Comrade Umar Oyibo.
However, the Board of Trustees of ICDA called on the general public , especially the Igala community to disregard the purported inauguration of a new Board of Trustees by the defunct Sediq Amodu Abubakar led executive members of the Organisation, which was dissolved on June 15th, 2020 by the Board of Trustees.
While the Chairman of the caretaker committee of ICDA , Chief Samuel Oyibo assured that the body will address the general public in due course, he said the legality of the purported inauguration of new Board of Trustees of the ICDA is being challenged in the court.
