Ibaji Bye Election: Kogi APC Chairman Says Party’s Victory Did Not Come As A Surprise


 

The Kogi State Caretaker Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Hon. Abdullahi Bello, has described the party’s victory at the Saturday’s bye Election held to fill the vacant seat of Ibaji State Constituency as well deserved.

Hon. Abdullahi Bello in a chat with Newsmen said the victory did not come as a surprise, pointing out that Ibaji LGA has largely remained an APC stronghold.

The State Caretaker Chairman maintained that the outcome of the result of the bye Election only underscores the fact that the successes of the party in the previously held elections held in Ibaji was not a fluke.

While pointing out that the victory is a product of hardwork and dedication by party faithfuls in Ibaji, commended the people of the area for the 100% victory in all the ten Wards of the local government area.

He urged the people of the area to continue in there support for the APC, Congratulated the winner of the election Mr Egbunu Atule and the people of Ibaji LGA for a Victory well deserved.
