1. INTRODUCTION
My people of Idah, Ibaji, Igalamela-Odolu, and Ofu,
I offer myself to serve with humility, competence, and purpose. Our constituency is blessed with rich human and natural resources, yet too many of our families still grapple with insecurity, unemployment, and limited access to education and healthcare.
This manifesto is a practical contract. It outlines how I will deliver effective representation, people-centered legislation, and partnerships that bring tangible benefits to every ward in our four LGAs.

2. EDUCATION: LAYING A STRONG FOUNDATION
Education is the engine of progress. My focus will be:
– School Infrastructure: Renovate and build classrooms across Idah, Ibaji, Igalamela-Odolu, and Ofu to ensure safe, conducive learning environments.
– Teacher Support: Advocate for improved welfare, continuous training, and recruitment of qualified teachers.
– Scholarships & Bursaries: Create a constituency-funded scheme to support indigent students at secondary and tertiary levels.
– Digital Literacy: Establish ICT centers in secondary schools to equip students with 21st-century skills.
– Girl-Child Education: Introduce incentives to boost enrollment and retention of girls in school.
3. SECURITY: SAFEGUARDING OUR COMMUNITIES
Development cannot thrive without safety.
– Community Policing: Strengthen cooperation between residents and security agencies through local partnerships.
– Legislative Action: Push for increased funding and reforms to improve security operations in the constituency.
– Youth Engagement: Reduce crime by expanding skills training and economic opportunities for young people.
– Early Warning Systems: Support community intelligence networks to prevent conflicts and respond swiftly to threats.
4. HEALTHCARE: QUALITY CARE WITHIN REACH
A healthy constituency is a productive one.
– Primary Healthcare: Upgrade and equip PHCs in every ward for better service delivery.
– Medical Outreaches: Organize regular free medical missions, with emphasis on rural and riverine communities.
– Maternal & Child Health: Promote safe childbirth and routine immunization programs.
– Health Insurance: Facilitate access to the National Health Insurance Scheme for vulnerable households.
– Essential Drugs: Ensure steady supply of medicines to primary health facilities.
5. YOUTH EMPLOYMENT & EMPOWERMENT
Our youths deserve opportunities, not excuses.
– Vocational Training: Set up skills acquisition centers focused on ICT, agriculture, and trades.

– Job Creation: Attract private investment to establish businesses within the constituency.
– Agricultural Value Chain: Empower youths in farming, food processing, and marketing.
– Internships & Apprenticeships: Connect graduates with practical work experience and mentorship.
6. SOCIAL WELFARE & INCLUSION
No citizen will be left behind.
– Support for the Elderly: Introduce monthly assistance for vulnerable senior citizens.

– Emergency Relief: Provide timely support for victims of floods and disasters, especially in riverine areas of Ibaji, Idah, Igalamela-Odolu, and Ofu.

I will be accessible and answerable to you.
