HON. ISAH ABDULKARIM SANI ECOMOG, KOGI LOCAL GOVERNMENT EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN FELICITATES WITH CHRISTIANS ON THE OCCASION OF CHRISTMAS, PREACHES LOVE, PEACE AND UNITY.


 

Kogi Local Government Executive Chairman, Hon. Isah Abdulkarim Sani ECOMOG has called on Christians to use this year’s Christmas season to promote love, peace and unity.

Hon. Isah Abdulkarim Sani urged Christian faithfuls to remain committed to the worthy ideals exemplified by the birth of Jesus Christ, advised the people of the local government and the entire state to use the season to deepen their faith in God, stating that He had solutions to all societal challenges.

The Executive Chairman assured residents that his administration, in collaboration with all security agencies, would ensure peaceful and hitch-free yuletide celebrations.

“I want to use the occasion of this Christmas to urge all Indigenes and residents irrespective of their languages and tribes to rededicate themselves afresh to the service of the Almighty God.”

He advised all Christians to continue to show love to people around them bearing in mind that the Christmas heart is a giving heart, a wide open heart that thinks of others first.

Hon. ECOMOG also assured the people that his administration would continue to build an environment where everyone would have opportunities and also benefit from the programmes and projects of the government.

The Executive Chairman wished residents a blissful Christmas and rewarding New Year, prayed that the New Year would usher in more progress, prosperity and fulfillment for the people and the state.
