Tailors Association of Nigeria (TAN) Women’s Wing, Kogi State Chapter has confired an Award of Excellence on Hon. Ibikunle Amodu Abubakar, SSA Youth Empowerment (West) to the Governor of Kogi State. The award was presented amidst encomiums showered on Hon. Abubakar in recognition of his strategic contributions and support to the development of the association.
The women noted that the contributions and support from the Honorable has tremendously contributed to the development of the association in a lot of ways. The association therefore urged Hon. Abubakar not to deviate from the leadership path that he is already on; as they are hopeful of a better heigths for him.
While receiving the award, Hon. Abubakar appreciates the leadership and members of the association for showing him such honor even when he least expected it. He then assured the association of his continuous support and to be available whenever the need be.
In closing, Hon. Abubakar appealed to members of the association to continue to support the administration of His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello, as he is committed to delivering dividends of democracy across the state. He also emphasized on the need for all members present to start seeing themselves as an ambassador of Governor Yahaya Bello’s presidential ambition; as it remains the most proven way to liberate not only Kogi State, but the entire country at large.
