Hon. Danladi Aguye ends 15 years of darkness in Lokoja Community

Hon. Danladi Suleiman Aguye, Member representing Lokoja-Kogi Federal Constituency, has brought to an end 15 years of darkness in the Lokoja bypass community, located behind the NNPC Mega fuelling station in Felele, Lokoja.
The community has been equipped with a brand new 33kva transformer and installation accessories, courtesy of Hon. Aguye’s donation.
Installation is currently underway towards ensuring that the community benefits from urbanization, where electricity plays a vital role in driving the economy.
This gesture of the Lawmaker is particularly significant, as previous representatives from Lokoja 1, 2, and Kogi Local Government Areas have neglected the community’s plight according to one speaker from the community.
“Hon. Aguye’s efforts have wiped away the community’s long-standing tears, eased their suffering, reawaken commercial activities in the community and provided residents with a sense of safety, shielding them from criminals who exploited the darkness for their nefarious activities”.
The community’s joy and gratitude are palpable, as they offer prayers and pledge resolute support for Hon. Aguye should he seek reelection come 2027.
