The real men are foremost, feminist in attitude and thinking. Impliedly, genuine men reside more in the ranks of those who view and accept women as partners, collaborators and a veritable aspect of our existence.
I should leverage the opportunity of this year’s International women’s day to register my disappointment with the 9th Assembly over its rejection of the gender bill/s brought before it: I promise to re-present the bill when I become the Senator representing the wonderful people of Kogi East from 2023.
The extant gender imbalance across various spheres of our collective endeavors cannot and should not persist under any guise or excuse.
If there are ten females in Nigeria, then there are eleven of them because I am proud to belong to and be associated with that demography.
