By joshua Gov. Ododo’s Re-election Is Non-Negotiable, Says Rufus Obafemi
The Personal Assistant to the Governor on Education, Comrade Rufus Obafemi, has described the re-election of Kogi State Governor, His Excellency Ahmed Usman Ododo, for a second term as a “sure bet,” declaring that, in his view, the Governor’s re-election is non-negotiable.
Comrade Rufus Obafemi made the remarks during an open discussion with stakeholders, where he spoke on the administration’s programmes and the need for continued support.
According to him, there is a need to encourage and support a government that is committed to delivering on its promises and implementing programmes aimed at improving the lives of the people.
He noted that where an administration is making progress, the focus should be on sustaining and building on such efforts rather than interrupting them.
Comrade Rufus therefore called on the people of Kogi State to continue to support the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and remain committed to the development agenda of the state.
He urged stakeholders, youths and other residents to continue engaging with the government and supporting initiatives that they believe will contribute to the progress and development of Kogi State.
