The Leadership of FORUM OF EX-POLITICAL OFFICE HOLDERS BTW 2011-2015 has once again appeal to Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State to please consider the payment of their Four Months Outstanding Salaries as priority so as to enable them celebrate the festive season with joy and happiness.
According to a statement made available to our Reporter in Lokoja by the Publicity Secretary of the Forum, Hon. Austine Alaba Medaiyedu, many of their members are passing through difficult times arising from serious health challenges.
“Many of us can no longer pay our bills. We have become a laughing stock in the society. We felt that government business is a continuous one. Six years out of office and we are still surviving is by the Grace of God”
Governor Yahaya Bello should please listen to our appeal by paying us our four months outstanding salaries so as to justify the popular saying that “Kogi State belongs to all of us”
History and Posterity will forever remember the governor for good if our appeal is granted.
Kindly take note that your Presidential Aspiration will be more meaningful to outsiders if you have the full support of the Political class and Stakeholders at home. To say that Charity begins at home amount to saying the obvious.
