Forum Of NYCN Local Government Coordinators in Kogi State Congratulates New Commissioner Of Local Government And Chieftaincy Affairs, Abdullahi Bello, assures of positive contributions to governance
The Forum of Local Government Coordinators of National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN in Kogi State has described the appointment of Alhaji Abdullahi Bello, popularly called Dollar as well deserved.
In a Statement by the Forum Chairman, Comrade Daniel Edoka and Secretary, Comrade Sunday Felix, the forum noted that the new Commissioner would add value to governance given his wealth of experience and exposure.
It noted that the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs remain strategic in the governance of Kogi State, stressing that Alhaji Abdullahi will leave no stone unturned at making positive impact in his new assignment.
According to the Statement, the Commissioner has used his former office as APC State Chairman to ensure the growth of the All Progressives Congress, APC, explaining that he has contributed immensely to the advancement of the State.
The Forum commended the State legislators for the successful screening of the Commissioner and promised that he will not disappoint.
While wishing the new Commissioner a successful tenure of office, the Forum urged the management and staff of the Ministry to support the Commissioner in his quest to making positive impact in the Ministry.
”This Forum is happy to identify with the new Commissioner, not for mere sake, but that we have implicit confidence in his ability to deliver under the government of continuity and consolidation, Dollar will add impetus to governance and to the pride of all”, the statement read in part.
The NYCN Local Government Coordinators Forum congratulated the Commissioner on the new feat attained, wishing him success in the discharge of his new responsibilities.
