Eid-el-fitr: Hon. Ibrahim Aboh Felicitates, prays, preaches peace, unity.

Hon. Ibrahim Aboh, immediate past Council Chairman of Omala Local Government Area, has felicitated with the people on the auspicious occasion of the celebration of Eid El Fitr.

Hon. Aboh while congratulating the people for witnessing yet another Eid El Fitr, prayed for peace and unity to reign supreme in the Local Government Area.

The former Council Chairman prayed that the ugly incident of the attacks on Omala LGA will not reoccur again, prayed God to bring a lasting solution to the crisis that has affected the Local Government over a long period.

Hon. Aboh commiserated with families that lost lived ones in the series of attacks, prayed God to grant them the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loses.

He equally prayed for others injured, displaced and who lost properties in all the attacks, prayed God to console and provide them with succour.

Hon. Aboh expressed appreciation to all the efforts of the State Government and other critical Stakeholders in bringing lasting peace to Omala LGA, he particularly praised Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo for his intervention.

Hon. Aboh in his Eid El Fitr statement issued to Newsmen, called on all Nigerians to take advantage of the festive period “to reflect soberly and intensify prayers for the peace, security, unity and progress of the country particularly in Omala LGA.”

He stressed the need to use the occasion of the Eid-el-fitr to promote positivity for Omala to surmount its security, socio-economic and other challenges occasioned by attacks on the Local Government.

“It is impressive that the Ramadan fast was observed most devotedly amid the challenges in Omala. The Holy month of Ramadan is an opportunity for our Muslim brothers and sisters to deepen their relationship with Allah (SWT), promote a life of sacrifice, charity and love for one another, Hon. Aboh said.

The former Chairman congratulated the people, wished them many more years of celebration in peace and good health.
