100 Days In Office: NYCN Congratulates Gov. Ododo
The National Youth Council of Nigeria, Kogi State Chapter has sent a message of felicitations to Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo on his successful 100 days in office.
The Council in a letter of congratulations which reads:

We write on behalf of the members of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Kogi State Chapter to extend our warmest congratulations to you and the entire cabinet members on your milestone achievement of 100 days in office. Your dedication, leadership, and vision for the state are truly commendable. The demonstration of commitment to drive progress and development in Kogi State is widely acclaimed and noteworthy.
Furthermore, your vow to all inclusive governance is evident in diverse appointments made into your cabinet with the youths getting a larger chunk of appointment. We are particularly very grateful for the appointments of our illustrious members and distinguished comrades in your cabinet.
This is in recognition of their expertise and contributions to the nation building. We are confident that they will work diligently to support your vision for the state.
Permit that we mention the resuscitation of bursary and scholarship scheme by your administration as another landmark.
We are indeed very grateful for the payment of subvention to NYCN and other youths bodies in the State.
Your sterling leadership approach has already begun to yield positive results and we are excited to see the impact of your policies and initiatives on the lives of the people of Kogi State. Notable among them are: higher percentage of salaries paid to local government staff and full salaries paid to pensioners. This is unprecedented in our recent history and we hope they are sustained. We also took notice of massive ongoing road rehabilitation and reconstructions within the state. It is glaring that making life better for the people of Kogi State is your priority and we commend your selfless service to our dear state.
