
Eid-al-Adha: Kogi NYCN Congratulates Nigerians, Harps on love, kindness, generosity


The Kogi State Chapter, National Youth Council NYCN has Felicitated with Muslim Ummah on Eid-Adha
According to a statement by the State Chairman, Comr. Ben Jerry, the council extends “warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in Nigeria and around the world as they celebrate Sallah Eid-Adha.
“This auspicious occasion, which commemorates the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) to sacrifice his son in obedience to Allah’s command, is a significant moment for reflection, gratitude, and celebration.
“We acknowledge the values of sacrifice, obedience, and compassion that this celebration embodies and appreciate the spirit of love, kindness, and generosity that defines the Muslim community.
“As we celebrate this joyous occasion, we pray for peace, unity, and prosperity in our State and the world at large.
While we felicitates with Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo on the celebration of this year’s Eid el Kabir celebration, we equally want to appreciate him for the regular payment of salaries.
As we celebrate, we urge our youths in particular to celebrate in modesty, wishing Kogite many more years of celebration in good health and prosperity
